Steps

1. 1.Rinse the paper filter, add grounds, and level the bed.
2. 2.Bloom with about 2x the coffee weight in water for 30–45 seconds.
3. 3.Pour the remaining water in slow spirals, in 2–3 stages.
4. 4.Let the bed drain fully between pours.
5. 5.Total brew time should land around 2:30–3:30.
