Steps

  1. 1.Combine coarse grounds with room-temperature or cold water in a jar or cold brew maker.
  2. 2.Stir to make sure all the grounds are saturated.
  3. 3.Steep at room temperature or in the fridge for 12–24 hours.
  4. 4.Strain through a fine mesh sieve, then a paper filter for a cleaner cup.
  5. 5.Dilute the concentrate with water or milk to taste, and serve over ice.
