Steps
1.
Combine coarse grounds with room-temperature or cold water in a jar or cold brew maker.
2.
Stir to make sure all the grounds are saturated.
3.
Steep at room temperature or in the fridge for 12–24 hours.
4.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve, then a paper filter for a cleaner cup.
5.
Dilute the concentrate with water or milk to taste, and serve over ice.
